Flowers and Cake Design--Course 2: Reach a whole new level of decorating sophistication in this exciting course that will introduce you to breathtaking new icing flowers such as vivid violets, delicate apple blossoms, glorious lilies, and the Wilton rose. Fondant and Gumpaste--Course 3:Gumpaste and Fondant will open a whole new world of thrilling decorating possibilities for your cakes. Learn flowers with delicate ruffled layers of petals, thrilling bows and multi colored inlays. Also an array of spectacular flowers such a s mums, carnations, roses and daisies.
Advanced Flower Making--Course 4: Come in and see some of the great flowers this class will show you how to make. Sample board is at the shop now! This class meets four consecutive Thursdays.
January Pulled Sugar/Sugar Sculpting: Watch as Mike shows you beautiful, delicate flower petals, leaves and bows and then get your hands on the warm sugar and make a beautiful design for yourself. Adults only. Maximum of 8 students. Sign up early.

February Wedding Cakes: Everything from taking the order to building the cake. Transporting successfully and set-up. Take the fear out of Tiers. Some decorating experience necessary. Also beginning fondant. (Prerequisite: Course 1)

April Panoramic Sugar Eggs: This class is a hit year after year. Sugar eggs with a scene on the inside and then decorated to compliment the design on the outside. Go home with a finished egg. The same techniques you learn for the egg can be used to make sugar ornaments for Christmas.
Candy Class--Opera Cream and Marshmallow Edition: Make homemade marshmallow peeps, bunnies and filled chocolate bunnies. YUMMY! As time allows you may also learn opera creams.
Spring Cookies: All supplies provided for you to decorate cookies for the season. New techniques and icings so you can expand your decorating skill and make delicious treats at the same time.

Tall Cakes: One extended night class on stacking tall cakes. Learn to use push in pillars and dowel rods correctly to support large heavy cakes so your cakes do not end up of funniest home videos.
Gumpaste and Fondant Flowers with Susan:Learn how to make beautiful gumpaste/fondant flowers. As many as time will allow.
Marzipan: Learn the many uses for marzipan. This course focuses on how to mold and shape marzipan to help make your cakes more dramatic. Some decorating experience necessary.

June Roses, Roses, Roses!:Learn to make roses out of Buttercream, rose buds, sweet peas, bows, and ruffles as well as piped flowers and borders from the 104 tip. Bring tip 104, rose nail and a decorating bag to this class. Everything else will be provided.
