Comments: I enjoyed looking through this site. All the local "cake" stores have disappeared, and it seems that Wilton products have too (except for the small amount they sell in the large chain stores). I have taken about 3 years off from any cake making, but my Grandparents landmark anniversary is coming up on Nov. 9th. If anybody has any new ideas, I'd be delighted to read them. This cake will most likely be a three-tier. I really hope it's like riding a horse!!
